I had my alarm system checked and repaired by ADT, which they charged me for. The technician did not put a time delay on the alarm system resulting in the alarm being activated daily. I called the call centre and explained the problem and confirmed that I would not be charged for a second call out fee as the first technician messed up. The call centre confirmed that no other charges will be charged. the second technician came out and charged a call out fee. I called and e mailed to no avail, even though the call centre retrieved the call and confirmed what I was told. They have now debited my bank account without resolving my query. This company has no ethics. Nobody can assist, nobody responds, nobody provides feedback, but they do send their statements on time. Put your accounts department in customer service.
