Att Mr Darren Le Grange, I would just like to compliment you on a splendid job done by one of your response team members Isaak, we came back from my daughters engagement party at about 12:30 on Sunday morning 10TH of March, our gate opened easily but once we were inside the gate refused to close, so being totally exhausted we flopped into bed and just hoped for the best. Gosh I am not sure what time it was, but very early on Sunday Morning we were woken up to the doorbell ringing and our little toy pom was going berserk, I answered the intercom and here was Isaak telling me that the gate was open, not only did he ask permission to walk around the property but he also asked for the keys to open the box to close the gate manually and told me to put a padlock on, I was super surprised and I really think that you should let him know that we think he is great and needs to be acknowledged and maybe a slight incentive would keep up the good work. Secondly we would like to add that Vernon came to fix it today very promptly and very efficiently and also very professionally, he has been here before to fix our electric fence and also needs some kind of recognition, Chris and Debbie Duerden
