So at 3.30am this morning my alarm went off.rss called and respond vehicle arrived in good time and checked everything. Now at night my alarm is only armed on the doors as we have a 10week old baby, so move around in the house alot during the night. After the guard left i tried to arm the doors again and could not get the alarm to arm and the zone that the door is on just kept flashing, as the was obviouly a violation on that zone.and this is a bit scary after we just found out they have just robbed a house at 2.00am this morning one street down from our house.so not a pleasant thought thinking you cant arm the alarm.so i called the control room regarding the matter and the transfered me to a technician on standby, and with his help we tried everything to arm it again.advised i call the technician department this morning to get a technician out to fix it.so i call this morning and after telling the story to the technician department i get a answer that they can send a technician out tomorrow.hallo, how does that make sense.they told me they can get a technician to call me to explain how to bypass.now that defeats the object of having an alarm.totaly unecceptable.so what am i paying for?
