Poor workmanship from Technicians

In a nutshell two months ago I contacted SOS to send out a Technician in order to 'fine tune' my outdoor passives. They needed to readjust them so that the dogs wouldn't activate them plus set up the time delay so that we can exit the property without the alarm being activated by our car/gate. Six visits later this is still not done. The last visit on Thursday 2 May, the Technician came to our house twice. First time he sat there for over an hour reading alarm manuals! The second time he came back and told me the time relay was set up. I assumed this was done. Yesterday, we got home & I couldn't find my alarm remote. The passive lit up, but no alarm activation. Once inside the house, I activated the alarm (both full system and 'stay'). Neither of my outdoor passives (allowing for time delay) set off the alarm. Clearly all that has been done is these passives have been deactivated from the system. Now I am asking for a technician, whom knows what he/she is doing, to please sort this out for the last time? I basically have an alarm system at the moment which is useless. Thank you. (Supplier name corrected by Hellopeter.com)
