A breaking into my house happened on the 30-12-2013, i was called by adt during the day that there is an activation alarm at house. i told the personnel there is no one at my house and she can send a security guard. i received no feedback and when i came to my house at 8pm. I noticed they broke into my house from a window on the back of my house, fair enough i called adt and an armed guard came quickly. we called police, they took recoreded case and took finger prints. an armed guard assured me a technician will be at my house the next morning as my alarm has been tampered. i called adt the next morning around 10am to findout how far is the technician and i spoke to Nkosana the coordinator. we spoke, i requested technician to be sent to my house and beams to be installed to my house. he agreed and hour later no technician came to my house. i then called again, spoke to Nyathi or Nkosinathi and left message as Nkosana wasn't taking my call. i called, spoke to Jinni and i was about to be transferred to Nosana. i did hold on until i gave up, apparently Nkosana booked a technician to my hpouse the 2nd Jan 2014. we never agreed on the date, he took it upon himself and never called me.
