Left home yesterday morning to drop kids. Was at thier school when the call came in. Went by Gym on the way back and on my return entered the house etc. ADT then pitches up. The response person says he was in North Coast Road. The controller that called says they took 5 minutes - totally untrue. I am waiting for ADT Management to call. I would like to see the log from my Alarm and the Tracking Report from the ADT vehicle. If this be so (longer than 7 minutes to respond) then ADT is in Breach of its SLA in terms of Bylaw 25 with SAIA and a complaint might by logged with ADT holding Company. This is ADT 3rd Breach. The other two being - cancelling my contract instead of someone else in the neighbourhood and responding to the WRONG HOUSE.
