I have net star fitted to several of my vehicles. i went on my vigil system on to see the vehicle that i8 was looking for was not where it was supposed to be. it was giving me the location that it was at 21/08/2012 the date was actually 01/09/2012. i then called the call center they said they would try and send a technician out... which they did not. i TOLD THEM I WANT TO HAVE ALL UNITS REMOVED. They continue to bill me. how do they expect you to pay for something that isn't working as it should. They did not even find the fault on their side. Surely a tracking unit gives out signals to say the unit isn't working properly.
Im tired of trying to email them etc to have someone help me. i have a screenshot of the screen should they dispute it.
