Our alarm went off yesterday at around 14h10 at our house in Noordheuwel. ADT phoned and informed us of same and we asked that they send someone as we are not home. We sat at the restaurant and worried and decided to rather go home as we had a break in just less than a year ago. As we got there, we found no response slip that they left in our door as they are supposed to. We then left the house again and only came back around 18h00. We found a slip in the door with the time stated as 15h45. Do you really want to tell me that it takes 1 hour and 45 minutes to respond to an alarm??? What if something really happened and we needed help?? By the time you guys get there, it would most definitely be to late. This is NOT our first complaint to ADT. I am sick and tired of your bad service. I can't wait for my contract to expire so I can join a reliable security company like EPR. They respond to any kind of emergency in 2 minutes!! You guys' service is a disgrace and you should be ashamed of yourselves!!
