I'm not very happy with ADT right now. A few days ago my alarm went off while I was at work. ADT called me and told me that armed response has been there, but can't access the premises due to spikes, but everything looks okay from the road. I accepted that at that point, but when I got home - I enter through the garage single, with two entry points and a sliding door leading to the house - the sliding door was wide open. I hesitated to enter the house and decided to call ADT and request an armed response agent to escort me into the house and check if everything is okay, since this was a bit of a shock. 10 minutes later and still no armed response. I called again and asked where they are. They told me he was on his way. 15 minutes later and I called again, very perturbed at this point since I was still standing outside the house... They told me they were going to find out where he is. I waited another 20 minutes and he arrived; totalling 45 minutes for a response. This was horrible service. Thankfully there was no break in, and I most likely left the sliding door open by mistake when I left for work. Either way, i'm paying for their service and expect good response times
