I have logged a formal complaint with the Netstar Customer Support centre via email on 28 February 2013 following a long process of unsuccessfully trying to get my MySchool card linked to my account. Unfortuantely no one has replied to my formal complaint and I'm disgusted that Netstar have such a pathetic attitude towards helping out the less fortunate (charities). It's also disappointing that they cannot reply in writing when customers have taken the time to write to them and complain.
