ADT Does it again:
1. Yesterday my alarm went off at home- I asked them to send out a unit. Time: 15:18. I rushed home - got home 15:51. No response from ADT.
2. Tested my alarm (Panic Button): at 15:52; 15:57 & 16:06 - they did not respond by calling - confirmed.
3. Response Unit pitches up at : 16:08 - almost an hour latter to responded to my call. - According to the Lungi (Response Unit) he was only notified 4 minutes before & got to my house ASAP.
4. I complained: Supervisor eventually called me (Lameez), I insisted that I wanted a full record of all alarm signals & response times from date that I signed up to date (27.03.13). She confirmed my e-mail address & assured I'll receive it the same day. Not Received as yet.
5. Another supervisor called me today, apologising - that a Unit "was" available but did not respond - action will be taken - is this a joke or does it put my Family, house & myself at risk with such a pathetic Company.
6. Last complaint on hello peter was still not responded to - completely.
This has happened for over a year &ADT has not once delivered on what was promised when signing up, why should I pay a penalty to cancel.
ADT is the worse security!
