I supposedly canceled my contract last year but ADT is still taking my money each month.
I was reminded this afternoon when my alarm went off at 15:45 and the security guard arrived at 16:40. The call center called to alert me, when I asked why they were only calling now they responded by hanging up.
I then called the customer center to ask why my cancellation has been ignored. I sent an email last year on 24 January 2012 10:16. According to the agent they claim they never got it and that I should resend it. I have resent it now but it just seams that ADT cannot get anything right?
