A problem with my unit was reported two weeks ago. I phoned the branch repeatedly, to be told they would get back to me. It didn't happen. Only when I persisted (at my expense) did I get an appointment. The unit was 'repaired' today. When I got home, I got an sms reporting that my vehicle had not reported to them for seven days! There is no response when I poll the vehicle. Service? I think not. I cannot recommend C-Track. I stand by my decision to cancel my contract with them. Over the period of years that I have been dealing with them, I have never ever had a satisfactory result. Shocking.
