We realized last year October 2012 that a service was being charged, that we weren't receiving. We called and cancelled that service so that we still would not be billed for this. With this cancellation of that service, we still got charged for it to this day. ADT kept passing the buck and I was never able to trace the people who can actually make a difference. We've been getting more trouble out of being an ADT customer, than an actual service. So January I chased numerous people to cancel the ADT account completely, because we feel better not having any security than having ADT. So despite calling give or take 4 different people at the ADT offices, we finally traced the email address to which you send your notification of cancellation. This was sent and I received no response in return. I called AGAIN and a very nice lady helped. About 2 weeks later, end February 2013 we received the letter that our ADT Subscription has been cancelled. Finally we were rid of ADT, but no, not really. This month, March 2013 we received another bill from ADT, still with the amount for the canceled service since October 2012 and a very nasty warning of possibly getting blacklisted. Absolutely USELESS.
