ADT will NOT cancel my subscription with them

ADT will not get back to me about my subscription cancellation request. I've been calling the call center inquiring about this since last year October. I have sent emails to their relevant email address for cancellation but to no avail. I am disappointed in this customer service from ADT and whats worst is I'm paying for this bad service.
I called the call center again last Friday to which they said that they will get back to me on Monday. It is already Wednesday and I have not had any feedback from them.
I would not recommend ADT to anyone seeking a security company.
