Good day.
I initially joined ADT while living in Port Elizabeth. I had a new alarm system installed. I relocated to cape town and continued my ADT subscription. my residence in cape town had an existing ADT alarm installed. this system does not work properly. the key pad does not work, all the potential entry points are not covered. 2 months ago I was promised that a technician would come out to check the system at no cost, this has not happen. I would like to cancel my subscription.
