I would like to express my disappointment in ADT's service
I have an existing alarm system with you
Shop 1 Parkdene centre
Cnr waterson and Lancaster rd
Parkdene
I requested in March for my alarm system to be moved from the above address to my new location
I met with a consultant in April after I had to call your relocations office as they did not bother to contact me, he advised my alarm would be removed and reinstalled.
I got a call from your relocations last week Wednesday 8/05/2013 a message left saying someone would be out the next day Thursday 9/05/2013 at 9 am to install alarm they did not say where the agent would be nothing. I called your centre back and told them that alarm had to be removed from one place and re-installed at another, everyone there wasn't sure where they were gonna be and who it would be.
So after 2 weeks, I have no security system due to your INCOMPETENCE!!! I will not be paying my subscription this month and if I suffer a loss I will be holding ADT liable!
