An contract was signed with me on 26 November 2013 by Mr Marc Wildbore and the alarm would have been installed within 7 - 10 days.
On Thursday, 12 December 2013, I laid an complaint on this system stating the alarm has not been installed. I was contacted by your offices and promised that the alarm company would contact me before the end of business and that you will follow up with me the next day.
I have not heard anything from you since then. If this is the service before an alarm is installed, I don't want to know how the service will be afterwards!
I therefore request that you cancel my order as I will apply with another company and maybe get better service. I presume that the cancelation fee will be forfeited as the alarm has not been installed yet.
