No service from ADT Security - Cape Town

My alarm system was installed August this year by ADT. To date, I have been having problems with my alarm system, the normal alarm when triggered is not picked up by ADT on their system, however the Panic Alarm is pick up but only as a normal alarm alert with ADT.

It's been over 3 weeks of requests for assistance regarding technical issues with the newly installed alarm at my premises as my system is still under warranty. I am currently a paying customer without an effective security service which ADT claims to offer. In the interim, my young kids and family are vulnerable to any emergency without the peace of mind that ADT will be able to respond due to these technical problems not been resolved.

The allocated technical manager who has been the person I've been constantly told will be dealing with my problem on the numerous occasions when I called for assistance has not resolved this matter. I have received promises that this will be dealt with and it has become apparent that my requests for assistance has been ignored.

I'm currently paying for a security service which is non existent. And more importantly remain vulnerable to any security alert that may occur.
