Please, Please, whatever you do, do not use the services of Best Secure. I had the misfortune of requesting that they provide security services for my property, and clearly indicated the plan I want on their application form. I agreed with this Tertius who came to my house, only for them to sign me on a higher plan, without my consent, then go and debit my account unlawfully, thus my money. Forget about getting a refund from this company as they will push you from pillar to post saying the person responsible is never there. I must say it must be nice wotking for that company as people get paid to sit at home and not do their jobs. Forget about getting who is in charge, because they are also never there. Please, Please I warn you to look out for these people, they will come as if they wish to help you, but they are there to your money and feed your a bunch of when you want your refund back. I am unfortuantely bound to a 24monght contrat and dread the day I need to use their services in an emergency. I am warning you out there, please be careful. Regards
