In 2011 my alarm was activated. I was in a wheel chair after an accedent. It took the response car 45 min to arrive at my house, as the control room had given them the wrong address. After telefonicly complaining, some one from ADT was suppose to come and see me about this matter. Im still waiting. December last year I decide to cancell my ADT account as they cannot debit my acc. on the right day, or let me know if the day has changed. I have sent 3 mails to them and have had no respose, even after a telefonic conversation where I was told a supervisor would contact me. I am paying you for my security, but you can't even return a mail or send a representitive to see me. It's appauling. I also asked them to check my house as I suspected some one watching it as my power had been switched off. I did not see one patrol car drive past
