My alarm at the house is not working, I've been calling every day, I've lodged complaints on the net but still no service. Everytime I get through the technical department puts me on hold and then cuts me off. This is not the first time receiving this service from ADT, last year I wanted to install extra security at my house the technician came had a look around and said he'll have to send someone else. I'm still waiting for that someone else. The armed response service in our area is very good but for heavens sake don't try and get hold of someone at the call centre. My neighbour has just been held up at their house I need to get my alarm sorted out ASAP when will you guys help if ever?
