I consider our safety and security a non negotiable priority. ADT received an alarm activation at our business, and sent an armed response. Their armed response officer spoke to "a staff member" outside the shop and left, without positive identification and no phone calls to the business owners. No passwords were given. It took ADT a further 26 minutes to call us. I asked why the armed response had left and ADT cannot answer me. I have waited for a supervisor to call me to no avail. I have tried to push the panic button but no one has called back. This is pathetic and UNSAFE service, which we pay for after all. I am not impressed and demand an explanation.
