We tested our panic button today, and no one responded. After 20 min I tried the panic button again. After a few minutes, the control room called. They put me through to the technical department, who said we have a delay in our signal... how is that our fault or problem? When we have an emergency, we expect PROMPT calls and service from a provider of SECURITY and ARMED RESPONSE. The technical department says we should test our alarm twice a month, yet when we do test our alarm system, like I did again at 9.45am they didnt bother to call because the control room said "they knew we were testing our system"... How do they know that we are testing if we have not pre-warned them? to cover their own. I am sick and tired of this!!
