No response from Online or call centre

ADT sent me an sms stating that their banking details shall change as from 01 Dec 2012 and that new account references shall be sent with the new statements. Since Nov last year i have received no account statement. Been responsible i called to get the details only to wait 7mins 54sec and be cut off. I then logged an online query, received confirmation that the query shall be addressed within 24hours... i'm still waiting 2months later. I tried the call centre again only to be redirected to 5 different people, and then the call cut on me. I logged another online query and guess what... i'm still waiting. Since ADT has taken over the previous security company their service in the Vaal is nothing but shameful for an organisation claiming to be world class. And the clincher: They send me an sms to say my fees are outstanding! How does one pay someone when they do not give you the details... hellooo.
