I have been at ADT since February 2013 to supply me with a detailed statement regarding the service that was cancelled on the 10 January2013, On contacting the call centre I was promised that the matter would be resolved, but nothing happens, even an apology from Damien the he would see to the problem. I have all relevant mails in corresponding with ADT. This morning I contacted their Johannesburg office and have had no reply to my request.
