HI am forced to use this method to complain and or get some response from ADT. I recently received an sms informing me that i will be charges an additional cost due to havign 5 or more armed response callouts. Now I need to know what do I then pay for for should I request the to limit their attempts to break into my house per month to 5 times? This is rediculous! I hae requested for my contract to be ended with ADT but every month i get a new statement. I will not pay as fromthe end of April 2013 I refuse to. I get calls while at work informing me that alarm went off and armed response will be sent out. however when I am at home and the alarm goes off in the middle of the night no one calls and or respond until i call ADT. No this makes me think!
I made a payment as i do not want a bad credit record but will not tolerate that you bleed me financially dry!
