ADT's Incompetent Accounts Personnel/Department

I've just received probably the 10th, or even more, call from ADT's accounts people notifying me that I owe them from Oct'12-Jan'13. This is after sending proof that I've been religiously paying every month. The last caller still wants me to send the proof again. Hello, what happened to the proof I sent to [Email Removed] I have also on numerous occassions asked ADT to check with their bank what could have happened. The other strange thing is initially ADT was querying payments from Aug'12 now all of a sudden it's from Oct'12. Where did you find the payments for the other months? I suggest you go and look there before calling me again. If maintaining my account has become a huge problem for you please advise me in writing and I'll GLADLY cancel my contract with you. Your service is becoming unbearable.
