Huge problems with the Accounts department

This is the second time I am complaining about ADT on Hello Peter. I was contacted about a month ago to say that my account is in arrears in October and December. I sent proof that payments had been made to four different agents and no one has solved the problem. I have called almost daily for three weeks, including direct number 011-321-4555, and no one has ever answered in the accounts department. I am always put through to technical assistants who cannot rectify the problem, or put on hold indefinitely until my call drops. The last time the technical assistant herself could not reach anyone in accounts, and literally told me there was absolutely nothing I could do to solve this problem. It is possible that I am also at fault but I need to speak to someone in accounts to tell me what months I missed payment in order to check against my own records, and this seems to be impossible. I'm worried that this will damage my credit rating. This is the worst service I have ever received, which is unfortunate because I have always been happy with the armed response. I just want to sort out the problem so I can close the account.
