What does it help if your armed response consistently shows up 20 minutes or more after an alarm?? Nothing. They don't answer emails. Make empty promises. Call centre is just as useless as the City of Johannesburg. Call center does not work. I have called 6 times for a statement of account and nothing after waiting weeks... Unfortunately I cannot deal with this level of disservice anymore. They are the most useless aremed response firm around. If you are looking for coverage - don't BOTHER calling ADT. The call alone will probably put you off the idea.
I have spent more in calls to their callcenter this month to try and close my account than I have in armed response. They are incredibly incompetent. ADT cannot even provide me with an account statement for the last year, never mind the last 2 years that I require, I have been cut off by their call center system 8 times today alone...
