Need to have beams removed nobody keen to assist!

I requested a quote from ADT to have beams installed. Eddy Mabasa came took a look around the house and confirmed that all is well to have beams installed. He sent me a quote which I signed and accepted. I also requested him to have a key pad installed at my gate so that they can have access when there is an emergency. I only realized on the day technician came to install the beams. Nevertheless I requested him to quote me on that on 21 Nov but never did. Everit e I leave the house I get 5-6 calls from call centre responding to alarm activation. They would come and eventually I'd tell them to stop because they will be charging for false alarm. My husband requested to have someone to come and check they system through one of these calls from call centre. To date no one has come. I've sent numerous emails to Eddy to send someone to come and have the beams removed to date no one. Been trying to get through to call centre spoke to different people (Millicent and Petrus) former promised to call back later kept me holding. Spoke to a Richard from their tech dept and advised him again that I need beams removed and he sent my message for Abegail Duncan. Need to have resolved ASAP
