I have been with chubb for 8 months and i have been getting nothing but bad service from them. first they double debit me every month and every month i call them and they tell me its fixed and only to find that nothing has been done. even now am still experiencing the same problem. now my system requires service since last year November it has been saying this and i have been calling and calling with no joy. the first time when i called am told a technician will be calling me to set a date on when to come, am still waiting. after that i have been calling and calling with no joy, when i call am put through one department to another until the call cuts. am tired of this nonsense and this company.
