ADT Billing per response even though not advised

I have a loyal ADT account holder for the last 3 years. I rececently installed 2 beams in my yard as extra security measures. Ever since the means have been installed i am experiencing extra false triggers of the alarm since the alarm triggers when people walk past my yard. ADT now wants to charge me for everytime they send a technician out to my property for them to come instal the beams the way it should be installed, so as to avoid the alarm triggering when people merely walk past my gate. They have been at my house on 3 opccasions thus far and the beams are still activating when people past by my house, They have charged me for everytime a technician comes out. And now they want to only respond a maximim of 3 times a month to my house and want to charge me for every activation after the 3rd. This information they never tell you when you sign the contract. What happens if I live in a high crime rated area then, I will pay for every other alarm trigger after the 3rd.
