My girlfriend contacted the offices on Saturday to come and check her alarm system after they broke into the house. The instructions were that the technician would phone before he goes to the house so she could test it with him. Well he showed up told the domestic that everything is broken and has to be wired. My girlfriend phoned the offices in Jhb and spoke to a supervisor MR Labeschagne, He assured her that the technical guy would go back the following day at9.Well at 10 the technician phoned to say he just woke up and maybe he would go to the house at 3 the afternoon. Well its Tuesday no one showed up. The call centre doesn't function they keep you holding for 10-15 minutes and the calls get cut. They refuse to put me thru to someone In Ops to address the problem. They are simply not bothered. We have left so many messages between the 2 of us its scary.
