I called and asked for a technician to come to my house to change my remote access as i had my handbag at Woolworth s and my house keys were in my bag. i was assured that i would have someone come out yesterday - as to have my house secure for the night. This didn't happen, now one called first thing this morning, So i have a problem, that i need to wait for this. i have been a client for over 7 years, they aren't prepared for this that if a client has this type of that someone can out out and sort it out. What are we paying for.
