5/7 at 12.04 a call from Netstar to say my vehicle was moving up William Nicol Drive - which was indeed what was happening - have CCTV footage of this vehicle BZ92ML GP being and exiting the office premises @ 11.03
Despite have an early warning slueth - what happened in that hour??? from the time the vehicle left to the time Netstar first notified us - I am still waiting for an answer despite asking Netstar twice why this occured.
The agreement states that we will get a report with in 24 hours of the progress - I am still waiting for this report 15 days later.
The only feedback I got - was when we called Netstar to find out if there was any progress!
