On the 12th September 2013, a lady from Netstar called my husband to let him know that there is a panic signal coming from our vehicle. According to our knowledge our vehicle was safely parked in our yard. Unfortunately this was not the case. Our vehicle was on the way its way to Mamelodi. Was it not for Netstar my husband and I would have discovered at 18:00 when we arrived home from work that our house had been broken into.
I personally spoke to a very helpful gentleman by the name of Ivan who after numerous panicked phone calls to him assured me that our vehicle will be recovered.
The following morning our vehicle was indeed recovered, although some damage had been done to the car, we did GET OUR OWN BACK.
I am glad to testify that Netstar does work as I myself work for a Netstar fitment centre (For All Fitment Centre). It makes my job much easier to do, I have a true and positive story to tell our customers.
