I have a three year contract signed with Netstar and for one week it was rather impossible to track my vehicle, because their Cyber Sleuth was down and to date, this problem has not being resolved despite my numerous calls to customer service. Not being able to track my vehicle puts my driver and truck in danger. Its imperative for me to track my vehicle as this gives me an exact idea exactly were the driver is. One would think a huge company like Netstar would have resolved this problem by now.
