I got hold of Supra Detective Agency through their website. I wanted Supra Detective Agency to find a debtor and collect debt per acknowledgement of debt agreement. Supra Detective Agency asked for a R30 000 upfront payment. Supra Detective Agency promised that they will find and track the debtor with contacts, police informants, cell phone tracking and collect the debt within a couple of weeks. I gave them enough information and leads to locate the Debtor within a week
Nothing happened and after 3 months Supra Detective Agency stop taking my calls and did not answer my e-mails. I lodge a complaint PSIRA and they investigated. Supra Detective Agency suddenly replied (for the first time) that the file is still open and that they will "at some stage" try again.
Please warn everybody against practice like this of Supra Detective Agency.
