Bad service and no feedback

Received a quote from Lilani for my house in kwa-thema, the quote included the main house and the garage.
days passed and we didn't receive any feedback with regards to the arrangements for the installation. I called the lady can't remember her name think it's Lilany her number is 082 705 7898, she advised that the request has been processed and that she will request the a technician to give me a call.
Alarm was installed on the 15th and the technician advised that the I have to pay extra to install the sensor for the garage. So I called the same lady and told her that she never advised that I have to pay for the garage she informed me that she will call me back which she didn't. Thursday the technician never pitched called Lilany to find out when the technician is coming through, she now changed her story and told me that when she came she did inform me. She stated I quote " I'm doing you a favour my charging you the amount im charging currently, there is nothing I can do you have to pay". Jennie promised to come and do the installation im still waiting even today sent an email to the manager [Email Removed] on the 23rd nov havent received feedback.
