We are moving home, and so we had to move our ADT alarms system. We paid ALMOST R5000 for the move of the alarm, and the service is just TERRIBLE! First we get called confirming our time and date, their technician then arrives a few hours earlier than agreed on, so we tell him to come back at the agreed time - as we are working. When he arrives, he does not have all the NEW COMPONENTS (keypad) we have paid for. This causes him to be unable to complete the new installation at the new premises. The technician's manager, LENNARD, then fights with me and lets me know that there WAS NO KEYPAD on the invoice, where it CLEARLY shows on ours that we HAVE PAID FOR ONE. Then there is arguments about coming to install the alarm NEXT WEEK. So our house is to sit without an alarm for a weeked? The technician says that it will take him HOURS to install the new alarm, and that he cannot complete it by 5pm today. We are now sitting with a house that has no alarm in it because ADT does not PLAN OR DO IT's WORK PROPERLY. This kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Especially as we are paying SO MUCH MONEY!!!
