TRIPPLE BILLED AND ALARM STILL BROKEN

I was tripple billed on the 25/04/13 and then they attempted to take another amount on a debit order on the 02/05/13. I havent received a single statement yet. Debit orders are going off left right and centre, but my alarm has been broken since December. No ones comming back to me on it. Last month my xhusband got phoned and harassed every single day (he does not reside with me) because of a debit order that bounced in March when they again tried to take money at an odd date. The moment all these moneys were taken they go dead quiet and not a peep from anyone. I want an explanation and I want one fast. Ive only been a client since Novemenber and Im soooo sorry I joined. The alarm worked for exactly one month.
