ADT VAALPARK/SASOLBURG COMPLETELY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INDIVIDUAL IN CHARGE (MANAGER) IS NEVER AVAILABLE!!! HE IS EITHER ALWAYS IN A 'MEETING' ACCORDING TO THE SWITCH BOARD AND WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SECRETARY SHE HAS TO FIRST 'CHECK IF HE'S BUSY' . THEREFORE THE CUSTOMER GETS THE IMPRESSION THAT A IS BEING TOLD ABOUT WHETHER THE MANAGER IS TRULY BUSY. YOU CANNOT EXPECT TO BE CONTACTED BACK AS IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AND WE ARE STILL WAITING! THIS IS THE RECENT COMPLAINT ABOUT THESE PEOPLE- A LONG LIST OF PREVIOUS ISSUES EXISTS AS WELL!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEFFICIENT!!!
