Ad service alarm not working

Had a problem with alarm not working. Contacted them numerous times to get it fixed. later stopped my debit order in order to get them to come and fix my alarm. it took still a few months to get it sorted the moment they fixed it I started paying again for the service I received. Now they handed me over to attorneys because of account being outstanding for period I had no service
