I have been trying to cancel my alarm with ADT since August 2013. I have send numerous e-mails and proof that I no longer live in a serviceable ADT area. They keep on taking money out of my account for the alarm. The last person I spoke to gave me an incorrect e-mail address (Stompie) and to date no one has cancelled my alarm. When I phone ADT they put me on hold saying that they are putting me threw to a senior manager, but nothing happens. I am really battling to get the debit order stopped, I signed a return note at the bank, but in December they deducted the monthly instalment double. I am also battling to get my radio fee back. ADT is quick to take your money, but when you want to stop the alarm they ignore you. Who will pay my return debit order fee from the bank?
