I lodging a complaint regarding ADT's BAD service... I cancelled my account end of february already and my debit orders are still going off my account...
Were it all stated is I joined ADT last year, then my first debit order went off for the full amout and my ADT ALARM wasnt even WORKING or installed!!! (got no REFUND)
Then I complained, they got a technicial to call to come fix the alarm, After i informed him and made it clear to him that i work untill 16:30 he rocked up at my house during 13:00-14:00.
I had to call someone to go open for him...
Then after another week I realized but the one sensor in my house isn't even working... I informed them once again and nothing happend...
No RESPONSE
Please just STOP THIS DEBIT ORDERS and return my money...
