In April they have started taking off debit Orders form our account, without even having an alarm system that works (we had no security response)!!! Until a couple of weeks ago, Francois told them that he would like to cancel because the guy has still not yet come to our home to fix the problem... Then they jumped and said they will fix it, only then in November they fixed the problem after 8 Months... Now they do not want to refund us for the 4 Month they have taken debit orders off from our account, because they want References... How the must we give references if the Manager of the company said the words himself and were there himself to install the alarm in the first time!!!??? Now they also want us to pay from August 2013 to October 2013...??? (The alarm did not even work!!!) And they did not even bother to phone once!!! Were is the references when the account department phoned and asked about outstanding money, we told them what the problem is... They can phone for outstanding money, but not phone for an FAULTY ALARM SYSTEM. I would like to cancel with immediate effect as this is not expectable!!! Putting the customer in fault< I think that is a joke!
