Good afternoon
On Thursday 14 March I arrived home at around 1640 to find that my house had been broken into. Two windows had been broken. When I entered my house I found that my alarm was still armed. During the break-in my alarm did not go off. I phoned ADT on 0861212400 to enquire why my alarm did not go off. Every time I phoned I was transferred to their alarm section and after handing on for awhile listening to their IVR adverts I kept getting cut off. I eventually sent them an email. At 1808 I received an email advising me that they would be in touch with me within 24 hours. To date no-one has contacted me. I want an explanation as to why my alarm did not go off when the windows were broken and the burglar entered my home.
