Poor customer service, bad attitude and not return

I have had enough of the alarm not working and whenever i call their Customer service im being told that the so called technician is coming to fix it and when they arrive they say either the battery is faulty. Since the day they istalled the alarm i have been having problems with the stupid alarm. Clearly no one knows what they doing at VIMBA SECURITY AND THE SAD THING IS THAT THEY DONT FORGET TO DEBIT THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.THEY CAME TO MY PARENTS HOUSE MORE THAN FIVE TIMES IF NOT SEVEN TIMES TO FIX THIS STUPID ALARM.THEY HAVE LEFT ME NO CHOICE THAT THEY WONT BE GETTING ANY MONEY FROM AND FIRST TOMORROW MORNING I AM GOING TO MY BANK TO CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER AS I CANNOT BE PAYING FOR THE ALARM THAT IS NOT WORKING.YESTERDAY I HAVE SPOKEN TO VIMBA MANAGERF MR THEO AND HE ASSURED ME THAT SOMEONE WILL COME AND FIX IT BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO HELP, EVEN TODAY THEO PROMISED TO HELP BUT HE ALSO FAILED AND I CANT INVEST MY MONEY ON COMPANIES THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS.THEY MUST ALSO COME AND REMOVE THE SO CALLED ALARM.ILL RATHER GO BUY DOGS TO GUARD MY PARENTS YARDS THAN WAIST MY MONEY THAT I WORK HARD FOR.I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO VIMBA NOT NOW NOT EVER, THEY ARE INCOMPITE
