We signed new contract on 23 Aug 2012. Alarm system never worked, after several cails, meetings and emails problem were still not solved. Either nobody shows up for the meetings or just never calls back and just takes messages. We moved out on 20 Dec 2012 - still no alarm. Debit orders were still deducted every month. Accounts phoned and asked why we are not paying and would sort the problem and give me credit. I am still waiting - one year later. Now they send me a SMS that they are going to sue me for the amount outstanding. They expect the client to pay every month, but will do absolutely nothing to help the client and solve the problem. They just want their money - whatever happens after that they don't care and will make no effort to solve / assist. How many times does one have to ask a service provider to please assist and sort the problem? Worst of all, they are a security company which first priority should be the client.
